These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of relatIQ — a Chrome extension and web application that helps with LinkedIn outreach ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
relatIQ reads LinkedIn pages you visit and helps you draft, track, and follow up on outreach messages. relatIQ never automates clicks, sends, or posts on LinkedIn on your behalf. You review and send every message yourself, in your own browser.
You sign in with your Google or LinkedIn account via our authentication provider, Clerk. We never see or store your password. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until canceled.
Upgrades. You can upgrade from Pro to Ultra within your current billing period. You'll see the exact amount before you confirm: you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current period, then the full price of the new plan from your next renewal. Moving between monthly and annual billing, or downgrading, isn't available in the app.
You can cancel your Pro or Ultra subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your paid-plan access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. When a full refund is approved, billing stops: a monthly plan's paid access ends immediately, and an annual plan's paid access ends at the end of the calendar month (UTC) in which the refund is approved.

Message drafts are generated by AI (via Anthropic's Claude models) based on the profile data and context you provide. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending — relatIQ does not guarantee accuracy, tone, or outcome, and you send every message yourself.
relatIQ and its branding are the property of Salientic AI Solutions Private Limited. You retain ownership of the content you create (your background, goals, and message drafts).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Salientic AI Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any consequence of actions you take on LinkedIn using a relatIQ-assisted draft.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active users by email of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
