This policy covers the relatIQ Pro subscription ($29/month or $299/year USD) and Ultra subscription ($49/month or $499/year USD), billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record.
You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge — your first payment or a later renewal. Approval isn't automatic: requests within this window are reviewed case-by-case, and we may decline one outside of a legally mandated case. If your country's consumer protection law gives you a statutory right to a refund or withdrawal within this window, that right applies regardless of our discretion. Local law always takes priority over this policy.
There's no minimum commitment. Cancel whenever you like; your paid-plan access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then reverts to the Free plan. Canceling stops future billing but is separate from requesting a refund of a charge already made — use the refund request option below for that.
Outside the 14-day window, charges are generally final. The one exception is a billing error on our side — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you'd already canceled — which we'll correct regardless of timing.
Email support@relatiq.co with your account email and the transaction in question, or use the link in your receipt email.
When a full refund is approved, we stop future billing for that subscription automatically.
Partial refunds and goodwill credits do not end your access.
You can upgrade from Pro to Ultra within your current billing period (monthly to monthly, or annual to annual). When you upgrade, you are charged only the prorated difference for the rest of the current period, shown to you with the exact amount before you confirm. From your next renewal, you are billed the full price of the new plan. Moving between monthly and annual billing, or to a lower plan, is not available in the app; contact support@relatiq.co.
We may update this policy from time to time, including to stay aligned with Paddle's own refund policy. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
