Every action — capturing a profile, running a Fit Check, drafting a message — uses credits from your monthly allowance. Referring a friend earns you both bonus credits on top of your plan: 150 each once your friend is up and running (you're rewarded for your first 10 referrals), plus 500 more for you when a friend you referred starts a paid plan.
